Microsoft Swig Nokia completely

Its hard to believe that the Nokia is under the custody Microsoft and its great to hear that that the sponsorship is completely under the rule of Microsoft's corporation now..The deal hasn't closed yet,but investors are already approving Microsoft's of Nokia devices,depending on the company . Microsoft announced that it has made a tie up a deal with Nokia to acquire substantially all of the Nokia's Devices and services business ,license Nokia's manifests and license and use Nokia's mapping services .
The total price of the deal is around 7.16cr USD (i.e, 7167200000USD). this not in check or in a Demand Draft, in actual Cash.The devices and services business procurement accounts for that cash,with that manifests licensing deal making up the remaining Euro 1.65 billions in cash for the same.

However the Nokia and Microsoft made a tie up with  a partnership back in later 2011,but this is clearly a much more serious collaboration of these two companies and also as a part over this deal,Nokia will be stepping interposition as Nokia President and CEO to fill a new role at Microsoft as Nokia Executive vice president of devices and services.Being that has been arose as a leading rumored nominee for the soon to be vacant spot at the wheel of Microsoft and this could be a strong signal about the future of Microsoft's executive guidance..
