A Facebook security virus exposed for the users personal acquaintance information (Email /Phone no.) to other users who were connected to them,the virus has affected 6 to 7 millions accounts.It also affected to y account 3 weeks ago and the account has been unlocked now by submitting couple of securities like : passport, Pan card, Driving license,..etc
These penetration of unsecured action unveils in Facebook actions takes place when the users upload their contact directory or address books to Facebook, when we try to match that data with the associate information of other people on Facebook in order to spawn friend endorsements,,.
Now this mind breaking action results ,if a person went to download an accomplish of their Facebook account beyond our download your information tool, they may have been granted with superfluous email addresses or telephone numbers for their contacts or people with whom they have some connection,.
Since now ,it has been revealed that about 6-7 millions users had email addresses /phone numbers that were encompassed in the downloads. Furthermore, there were Non-Facebook users email id's and phone no's included in the downloads from device to invite contacts to join Facebook.
Safety measure to be taken if possible :
- Integrate liberally existing outlaws of the malicious and defrauding sites such as Google safe browsing diagnostic , site adviser , Phish-tank ,Browser defender and Norton's Safe web and verifying the outgoing links through them and come up with a notch for hypothetical spite.
- Development all the outgoing links through a prominent provider server of web filtering solution, in fact cost successfully contract out the entire process.
